Taskrabbit Delivery Referral Program Terms & Conditions

The Taskrabbit Delivery Referral Program allows registered Taskrabbit Delivery users to earn promotional credits toward future tasks by referring their friends as first-time Taskrabbit Delivery users. To participate, Taskrabbit Delivery users must agree to the following terms.

Earning Referral Taskrabbit Delivery Credits

Taskrabbit Delivery Users can earn Taskrabbit Delivery Credits towards future tasks if: (i) a referred friend clicks on their referral link to create a valid Taskrabbit Delivery account that complies with the Taskrabbit Delivery Terms of Service; and (ii) the referred friend books and completes a task. Only once the referred friend has completed their task, will the referring Taskrabbit Delivery User receive their credit.

The referring Taskrabbit Delivery User will be credited with the Taskrabbit Delivery Credit amount described in the referral invitation or accompanying promotional materials. The maximum Referral Taskrabbit Delivery Credits per User at any given time is $200, unless otherwise indicated.

Taskrabbit Delivery Credits may only be redeemed via Dolly.com and the Taskrabbit Delivery application. Taskrabbit Delivery Credits must be used within 30 days of the claim date. After 30 days, the Taskrabbit Delivery Credits will expire. Taskrabbit Delivery Credits have no cash value and may not be transferred or exchanged for cash.

Taskrabbit Delivery Credits may not be earned by creating multiple Taskrabbit Delivery Accounts. Taskrabbit Delivery Credits accrued in separate accounts may not be combined into one Taskrabbit Delivery account.

If for any reason you believe that there is a discrepancy regarding the balance of credits on your account, please contact delivery-support@taskrabbit.com. All decisions regarding your balance will be final and at Taskrabbit Delivery's sole discretion.

Referral Links

Referral links should not be published or distributed where there is no reasonable basis for believing that all or most of the recipients are personal friends (such as coupon websites, Reddit, or Wikipedia).

Referred Taskrabbit Delivery Users

Referred friends that have booked a task using a valid referral link do not receive Taskrabbit Delivery credits.

Multiple Referrals

A referred friend may only use one referral link. If a referred friend receives referral links from multiple Taskrabbit Delivery Users, only the corresponding Taskrabbit Delivery User of the referral link used by the referred friend will receive Taskrabbit Delivery Credit.

Termination and Changes

Taskrabbit Delivery may suspend or terminate the Referral Program or a user’s ability to participate in the Referral Program at any time for any reason.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts or remove Taskrabbit Delivery Credits if we notice any activity that we believe is abusive, fraudulent or in direct violation of the Taskrabbit Delivery Terms of Service. We reserve the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend accounts or modify referrals in our sole discretion as deemed fair and appropriate.

Updates to the Terms

Taskrabbit Delivery reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. If the terms are modified, the most recent version will be posted on the Dolly.com website, applications, or services, which are effective upon posting. Continued participation in the Referral Program after any modification shall constitute consent to such modification.
