A Team is made up of a Lead Helper and an Assistant. Together, you'll gain access to more tasks, increase earning potential, and enjoy a seamless task request experience.
Why join a Team?
Earn 2x the pay
Teams complete twice the amount of tasks*, which means double the earnings. Score bigger tasks and decide how to split pay with your Assistant.
*Compared with Helpers who aren't part of a Team.

Request 2-person tasks as a Team and never have to wait on a pairing. You speak on behalf of your Assistant's schedule.

Common questions
Lead Helpers
Share your Assistant sign-up link with the person you'd like to work with. There's no limit on how many Assistants you invite to your Team. Once they're approved, you'll be granted the ability to request 2-Helper tasks as a Team.
You can find your sign-up link in your Helper Dashboard or in the Helper app under “Create a Team” in the More menu.
You can work with as many Assistants as you'd like to, provided they are approved in the Taskrabbit Delivery system.
Verify your Assistant's availability. Then, request a 2-Helper tasks as a Team by selecting the “I have an Assistant” option.
That's up to you! Most Lead Helpers pay with cash or a mobile payment system like Venmo, Cash App, or PayPal. You choose how to split the pay.
Lead Helpers can only work with one Assistant at a time on a 2-Helper task.
